Footings, pads, and building sites in Mount Olive
For a new home, an addition, a shop, or a pole barn, we work from your plans and the surveyor's stakes — footings dug to the depth and width on the print, square corners, clean bottoms, and benched cuts where a basement or crawlspace wall needs room for forms.
Building pads get cut, shaped, and compacted so the slab or foundation sits on ground that will not settle, with the surrounding grade sloped to move water away from the structure instead of toward it. Spoil dirt is either respread on site as final grade material or hauled off, whichever fits the job.
